**Job description**

Assist General Manager to manage the company's operations, sales and market communication, business and project planning, technical/NOC planning, billing, etc.

**Responsibilities**
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to create efficient workflows; maintaining follow-through and timely action to ensure they meet deadlines, set forth by Management, in an efficient and timely manner.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Manage relationships with various businesses to meet business goals.
- Coordinate large research and feasibility projects.
- Create targeted business development and marketing strategies.
- Assist internal departments when issues arise from customers.
- Deliver regular team communications and organize meetings.
- Develop documentation, workflows, and process flow to smooth operations if required.
- Provide special project leadership and support as needed.
- Perform any relevant duties as assigned and Multi-tasking required.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree is required. IT, Business IT, Network, Telecommunications, or MBA would be a plus.
- Have min. 3 years of experience in the same role.
- Knowledge of Telecom/ISP business, related technologies, and business planning.
- Experience in Telecommunications Industry would be preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Rp7,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
