Job Desc.:
1. Membangun komunikasi yang baik dan efektif dengan seluruh stakeholder (customer, karyawan, dll).

2. Menjalin kerjasama yang baik dengan pihak eksternal.

3. Menyusun program pelatihan karyawan demi memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis perusahaan

4. Bertanggung jawab memastikan kegiatan rutinitas HRGA terlaksana dengan baik dan mencapai target kerja yang ditetapkan Pimpinan.

5. Bertanggungjawab memastikan budaya kerja, sikap karyawan sesuai dengan Peraturan Perusahaan (PP) dan prosedur yang berlaku di Perusahaan.

6. Bertanggungjawab melakukan coaching dan mentoring kepada karyawan yang melakukan undisipliner dan/atau melanggar ketentuan-ketentuan dalam Perusahaan maupun karyawan yang mengalami penurunan kinerja.

7. Bertanggung jawab menyusun, melaksanakan dan mereview seluruh Job Desc., SOP, KPI, yang ada di perusahaan serta merancang jika diperlukan adanya perubahan untuk perbaikan.

8. Bertanggung jawab memastikan seluruh lingkup kerja General Affairs (GA) terlaksana dengan baik dan optimal.

9. Melakukan review terhadap surat perjanjian, kontrak, kerjasama serta legalitas lainnya
