We are looking for Duty Manager
**As a Duty Manager we rely on you to**:
Ensure smooth operation on a daily basis
Enhance overall guest experience during their stay
Supervise & direct the front desk team, assisting in guest problem solving
Monitor all arrivals & departures from a guest experience perspective
Coordinating with housekeeping & other departments to ensure high quality service & accuracy is delivered
Ensure work process and performance are in compliance with Company practices, policies, and Shangri-La Service Standards
Ensure all Emergency response attend in timely manner and address accordingly
**We are looking for someone who**:
Has strong Leadership skill in a positive manner and approach
Strong interpersonal and Problem Solving Skill
Fully understands room operations and Opera Management System
Fluent in English and Bahasa both in Written and spoken
Has experience in the similar capacity, of International Chain Hotel
Preferably comes from a hotel management-related education background
Agile, strong analytical and critical thinking
