**Overview**
Our client, one of the reputable real estate developer that has 15 years of experience footprint in Indonesia.
Job Description:
- Planning and delivering Customer Relation strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty in all company residential projects.
- Development and implement the Customer Relation policies and procedures that meet the business needs & clients requirements.
- Working closely with all departments to ensure the Customer Relation works effectively for all aspects of the company.to make decisions regarding the current resource.
- Manage day-to-day operations while dealing with various clients.
- Investigate customer's problems and find solutions
- Assisting clients with the property after-sales and development.
- Manage hand over and fit-out process of projects.
- Being involved in staff recruitment and appraisals.
- Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service.
- Leading or supervising a team of customer service staff.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
- in real estate or property background is a must
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satis
