- Input the invoices data
- Enter order details into internal databases
- Making orders as per market list needed
- Oversee the venues as part of the company
- Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt
- Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price, etc.)
- Contact supplier or shipper if a mistake is identified
- Verify payment and pricing information
- Provide purchasing support as needed
- Maintain accurate records and perform inventory inspections

**Requirements**:

- **Able to speak English**:

- Detail-oriented & good communication
- Suppliers and indonesian F&B market and product knowledge
- 1-2 years experience with similar position
- Able to work in a team
- Willing to grow with an expanding company
