Operator - Bulk Receipt/tank Farm

**Where you fit in**

Perform Bulk Additive Receipt by Isotank, Ship to Shore Operations and Oil Movement (Tank Farm) Operations in accordance with GPC (LQS and GQS), and according to the Plan set by the Production whilst meeting HSSE, Security and Environmental targets.

**What’s the role?**

Accountabilities:

- Be familiar with potential hazard in the workplace and how to mitigate the risk.
- Carry out Ship to Shore and Oil Movement operations in accordance with roles described in GSAP/Streamline.
- Operate Ship to Shore in accordance with Group policies/recommendations; procedures for non-standard discharge (lightering, STS, etc); working with port/jetty constraints: vessel size/draft, cranes, etc; berth/jetty scheduling; giving/receiving notices; measuring quality and quantity; dealing with surveyors; monitoring performance.
- Operate Oil Movement facilities: manually or using technology/automation, product movement, storage and loading process/systems, tankage arrangements; ensuring product quality, service levels/turnaround and safe impact to environment.
- Perform Bulk Base Oil and Additive Receipt by Isotank.
- Work with Maintenance Supervisor/Operators to ensure Ship to Shore, Oil Movement and Associated Equipment availability is maximized.
- Report any potential incident and near miss through the proper channel.

Key Challenges:

- Working on a 3-shift basis with seasonal pattern, requiring good fatigue management.
- Environment with heat, noise and gas hazards which require high safety precautions.
- Working on Jetty and Vessel area (ship & shore operation) which expose to falling to water hazard.

**What we need from you**

We hope to see the following in your CV:

- Requires successful completion of secondary school. Preference given to those with specific vocational (technical) qualifications.
- Minimum 1 year work experience in Engineering-related works, preferably in Tank Farm, Oil Movement and Ship/Shore Operations.
- Knowledge with Continuous Improvement and HSSE.
- Good command of English. Proficiency with Bahasa.
