Our Completions Team partners with on-site operators and customers on well operations to ensure clients receive optimal capacity and value.

Service Delivery Coordinator works with the Field Specialists within the Completions & Wellbore product line. This role focuses on the coordination of field service personnel and ensures flawless execution to our customers.
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Managing client relationships through being the primary contact for job preparation, execution and close out
- Coordinating and monitoring all job activities for our business to ensure successful completion
- Ensuring prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery to ensure delivery of clients objectives
- Ensuring assigned contracts and quotes are fully understood and invoices are correctly issued to prevent revenue leakage
- Coordinating and monitoring all job activities for our business in Indonesia to ensure successful completion
- Support sales team in response to customer enquiries
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelor’s (or equivalent) in Engineering or similar field or a Diploma Degree with relevant experience in a similar role
- Minimum 3 years working experience
- Demonstrate solid experience in Wellbore Interventions
- Have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English
- Have good team working and communication skills
- Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams
