We are seeking an Operations Staff to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting the project management department with contract management, project coordination, and contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the company.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and various documents, contributing strategic points of view.
- Assisting project managers with operational tasks and duties, such as managing client feedback, client onboarding, and capacity planning.
- Participate in the development and implementation of efficient operational procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments internally such as product design, project management, and external clients to ensure operational alignment.
- Contribute to project management tasks with minimum supervision.
- Handle administrative duties related to project operations with minimum supervision.
- Assist in preparing project reports and other supporting documents.
- Learn and understand the company policies, procedures, and way of working, to eventually grow and adjust into a progressed role.
- Solid oral and written communication skills (both English and Indonesian)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and eager to learn new skills and concepts.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Desire to learn and initiative to take on responsibilities.

- High attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or other related fields.
