**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a brand ambassador. you will be responsible for driving membership sales, promoting our gym services, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will play a vital role in attracting new members and fostering long-term relationships with existing ones. **Responsibilities**

1. Sales Generation:

- Proactively promote gym memberships and services to prospective clients through various sales techniques, including in-person interactions, phone calls, and online inquiries.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly membership sales targets.
- Conduct facility tours, highlighting gym amenities and programs to potential members.
- Follow up with leads, answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing personalized solutions to drive conversion rates.

2. Customer Service:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all gym visitors and members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Assist existing members with membership renewals, upgrades, and account adjustments.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

3. Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective members through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Proactively engage with members to understand their fitness goals and provide appropriate guidance and support.
- Collaborate with the gym team to organize and execute member appreciation events and initiatives.

4. Product and Industry Knowledge:

- Stay up-to-date with current fitness trends, gym offerings, and industry developments to effectively promote and represent the gym's services.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of membership options, pricing, and promotional campaigns.

5. Administrative Tasks:

- Accurately input and update member data in the gym management system.
- Assist with membership paperwork, contracts, and payment processing.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, activity logs, and other sales-related documentation.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with prospective and existing members.
- Strong persuasive skills and the ability to tailor sales approaches to different individuals.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Passionate about health, fitness, and wellness.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; a degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
