Client Relationship, Professional and Business Development

We are looking for a highly motivated Client Relationship, Professional and Business Development (CRPBD) Manager to enhance our client relationships, and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing client and prospective clients.
2. Understand client needs and collaborate with lawyers and internal team to deliver solutions.
3. Monitor client satisfaction, address any concerns and resolve issues promptly.
4. Oversee the proposal and agreement process.
5. Identify new business opportunities.
6. Lead the development and execution of business development strategies.
7. Together with Practice Group Head to assess training needs and create target development plans.
8. Organize workshop, seminar, and training.
9. Provide regular reports and updates to management.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in client relationship management and Business Development for minimum 5 years.
2. Familiarity with legal services, terminology, and process is a plus.
3. Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills.
4. Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
6. Bachelor’s degree : preferably in business, law or related field.
