Description

Bertanggung jawab atas kelancaran operasional mekanis, mesin-mesin dan peralatan produksi.

**Uraian tugas dan tanggung jawab**:
Menyusun, mengatur, dan Mengawasi kegiatan pemeliharaan, repair dan mesin-mesin peralatan pabrik agar tidak mengganggu jalannya operasi perusahaan.

Mengajukan permintaan pembelian spare part dan kebutuhan-kebutuhan lainnya yang diperlukan untuk pemeliharaan dan repair untuk semua peralatan pabrik.

Bertanggung jawab atas penggunaan suku cadang dan biaya-biaya yang terjadi sehubungan dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan maintenance dan repair.

Mengadakan pengecekan langsung bekerjanya dan kondisi semua peralatan pabrik.

Mengadakan pencatatan mengenai besarnya biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh masing-masing mesin/peralatan pabrik.

Menyusun jadwal pemeliharaan peralatan-peralatan pabrik agar tidak menghambat jalannya proses produksi.

Memeriksa kerusakan yang timbul dan menentukan bahan-bahan atau spare part yang diperlukan untuk memperbaiki kerusakan tersebut.

Berusaha mencari cara-cara penekanan biaya dan metode perbaikan kerja yang lebih efisien.

Menjaga disiplin kerja dan menilai prestasi kerja bawahannya secara berkala.

Mengelola seluruh kegiatan bengkel dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu dan kecepatan layanan melalui SOP yang berlaku serta menginformasikan kompetensi jajaran personel bengkel dalam usaha pencapaian target untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan pencapaian performance bengkel serta kepuasan pelanggan.

Membuat perencanaan dan memastikan pencapaian revenue workshop, unit entry and car return sesuai standar yang ditetapkan.

Menjaga dan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan bengkel dan performance jajaran personel bengkel.

Mengontrol stok gudang bengkel (parts) sesuai dengan target service rate.

Pembinaan dan pengembangan personel bengkel.

Mengevaluasi pelaksanaan sistem dan prosedur bengkel.

Memantau pengelolaan limbah padat, cair dan gas di bengkel.

Menghendaki keterbukaan dalam memperoleh informasi dan sekaligus pendapat perbaikan dan penyempurnaan dari bawahannya.

Mampu mengambil keputusan yang cepat dan tepat.
