- Implement and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) for seamless operations.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in restaurant operations management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
