Manulife Indonesia Regional Wholesale is responsible to provide reporting, budget and also designing Standard Operational Procedure for ADIRA.

**We are looking for someone with**:
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree;
2. Proactive, with a sense of responsibility;
3. Strong language skills and communication skills;
4. Strong ability to observe, analyze and solve problems;
5. Ability to work independently and with the desire and ability to work in teams;
6. Hard working and able to withstand high pressure;
7. Having a high political quality and moral cultivation, with good conduct and a certain sense of identity with the company;
8. Those with experience in insurance, banking, and sales are preferred with minimum 5 yrs experience.

**On the job you will**:

- Provide daily, weekly & monthly reporting in region (Pipeline, Sales Achievement, Sales Activity, Analysis Productivity) using standard report by liaise with internal and external parties
- Management of Adira CONTEX budget and allocation, ensuring budget usage according to plan
- Designing SOP and improvement initiatives related with financial matter expenses. As well as PIC for THC support
- Manage and improve the quality of after sales business, including claim, operational matter, customer handling, etc
- Managing Manpower execution and process, as well as logistic (in near future as needed)
- Develop and provide segmentation-based analysis with the help of Advance Analytics team from customer, sales driver, sales activities point of view
