**About the Role**

Dropsuite is looking for a highly skilled Lead Product Manager to join our Product Management team in Asia. You will join a global product team, that drives the roadmap of a high growth, business critical and award-winning Saas platform.

You will also manage a small team of Associate Product Managers and Product Managers and be their mentor. Your role will provide necessary oversight to their work and help grow the product across multiple streams. You will also work closely with the UI/UX team to give visual depth to your feature s.

**What will you be doing**
- Drive Product requirements based on market needs. Create Short
- and medium-term strategy to create a backlog
- Setup a backlog of work items based on multi-point inputs (customer, sales, data analytics, market information, competitors)
- Contribute to the product roadmap and keep the organization goals aligned with the roadmap
- Derive detailed requirements based on high level roadmap items based on market needs, stakeholder inputs and technical constraints
- Collaborate with UX designer s to define the User experience that achieves the product / feature objectives
- Manage stakeholder alignment across global locations. Able to drive 1 X 1 connect with internal and external stakeholders in USA, Canada, Europe, Asia, and Australia
- Lead a team of Product managers (up to 3 for lead, 5 for Group).
- Mentor product managers in the skills required to be a product manager
- Setup the right product management process and ensure adherence to the same
- 10+ years of experience in product management
- 2 + years as a Senior / Lead Product manager with the responsibility of leading a PM team
- Senior PM with an aspiration to become a people manager in a PM org can also apply
- Group Product Managers can also apply
- Experience in product managem ent of a SaaS platform with special emphasis on Product Owner skills
- Strong work ethic and does not mind working a few extra hours during peak times
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to converse in Bahasa would be a plus
- Willingness to travel at least 3-4 times a year within Asia and yearly to the USA
- E xperience with Office 365 or Google Workspace Administration is a plus
- Experience in domains such as enterprise software, backup solutions, Digital native SaaS platform will be a plus
