We are looking for an IT Support Intern who can assist all IT task-related at Flip. As an IT Support Intern, you will be responsible to help Monitor and Troubleshoot basic network, preparation of laptop installation for new employees (new joiner), help manage and monitor the distribution of IT assets through asset tools.

**What You'll Do**:

- Handle document tasks (Print, FU BoD, and User, Scan, send document)
- Print & filling Agreement sheets (Draft Agreement & Addendum, submit hellosign)
- Supply check and Stock Opname IT Assets
- Coordinate with vendors for related IT & GA Services
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support via omnichannel and ticket
- Assist in New onboarding session
- Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems

**What You'll Need**:

- Final year students in IT or any field, fresh graduate are welcome
- Having an experience in IT support or GA support is a plus
- Passive in English communication
- Familiar with computer devices & printer
- Familiar with Windows OS and MacBook is a plus
- Willing to work in the office (preferably looking who live in Depok or Jakarta) on regular office hour.
- Available for a mínimal 3 month contract
