Business Development Executive

We focus on creating sustainable, high-quality products that cater to the needs of interior designers, architects, and property developers. Our mission is to inspire and enhance living spaces with our complete bathroom solutions that merge timeless design with eco-conscious practices.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop and implement strategies to attract new business, focusing on interior designers, architects, and property developers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring Ahti Interiors' products meet their expectations.
- Canvassing and Client Outreach: Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to mapping the potential client. Conduct door to door visits to Architects, Interior Designers, Construction Firms and Property Developer. Present & explain Ahti Sanitary Ware products and their benefit during face-to-face meetings.
- CRM & Project Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of client interactions and project statuses. Regularly update and manage the project pipeline to prioritize opportunities and monitor progress.
- Project Collaboration: Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to align strategies and share market insights. Represent Ahti Interiors at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Administrative Support: Perform relevant administrative tasks for the business and sales process, including documentation, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Delivery & Inventory Coordination: Manage communication with the Operations Manager for shipments and the availability stock of Ahti products.

**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within the interior design, architectural, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for sustainable design and an understanding of design and construction Industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
- Have Indonesian “C” Driver License
- Own a motorbike to go around on daily basis.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
