- Develop Training Need Analysis (TNA)
- Conduct On-boarding training
- Conduct regular refreshment operation training
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development at Express / Courier company
- Bachelor degree from any major
- Skilled in Training Management, 3PL Management, and Project Management
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Expert Facilitator and able to manage all stakeholders
- Lead by example (hands-on) leadership style who can show operation solutions on the floor
- Understand and have experience in implementing and managing 3PL at all level
- Willing to travel
