**About the role**:
People Operations Intern will be a part of the People Ops and Culture team. You will get to work on a wide range of HR topics and get exposure to what it is like working in a fast-paced and award-winning startup in the fintech space.

**What will you be doing?**
- Ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding process for new hire(s) and alumni.
- Build and maintain engagement topics and approaches to increase employee engagement and promote Aspire's culture.
- Assist in managing office facilities and outsourced vendors, and help process invoices payment with Finance.
- Be part of the employee engagement team to own event operations (e.g. town hall, team bonding activities) that helps bring all of us together to bond.
- Make sure our space and facilities are in tip-top conditions so that our team can focus on their work and be productive.
- Using data to identify needle-moving initiatives that improve the employee experience.
- Bring energy and fun to space.

**We would love to get to know you if you have the following**:

- Bachelor or Undergraduate of Psychology or Management major
- Prior internship experience in HR/People Operations will be strongly preferred
- Effective planning, organizational and communication skills
- Able to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- Must be available to work in office (RDTX Tower) min 3x a week
