Key Role & Responsibilities

1. Assist our Business Operations Manager to strategize, plan, implement and execute processes for our operations, as well as assisting in designing relevant operational processes to support seller and user relationship building

3. Manage community relations of our ecosystem of sellers, buyers and creators. This includes ideating, proposing and organizing events/ initiatives, online and offline, to deepen our relationships with this eco system

Who we are looking for

1 Experience in an e commerce business or platforms

2. Experience in one or more of the following is very much preferred
- Business Operations
- Marketing
- Business Development
- Community Relation/Development

3. A strong team player who fits well in our culture but can also work independently and take leadership initiatives

4 Someone who thrives in freedom to express and execute ideas within a flat hierarchy

5. Comfortable in a lean start-up environment where resources are limited but room for growth is ample

6. A person with integrity and empathy who share a common vision to provide a wider good for the ecosystem that we are in

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
