CV. MAJA ERKON adalah perusahan yang bergerak dibidang Penjualan Sparepart Pendingin, AC, Chiller, Freezer, Mesin cuci, serta melayani perawatan, Instalasi dan Perbaikan AC dan Mesin Pendingin.
Tugas Dan Tanggung Jawab:
- Menyiapkan alat tulis kantor dan perlengkapan lainnya
- Membuat dan Mengirim laporan pengeluaran
- Memelihara sistem pengarsipan untuk data pelanggan dan mitra eksternal
- Menjawab dan mengalihkan panggilan telepon customer maupun pertanyaan yang dikirim oleh customer ke Whatsapps Customer Service
- Membantu penjadwalan Service Kendaraan rutin dan pengurusan surat kendaraan kantor
- Membantu pengelolaan Cashback Customer
- Pengelolaan BPJS TK Perisai Customer.
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan Minimal D3 Manajemen / Administrator atau Sederajat.
- Pengalaman kerja sebagai Staff Admin atau posisi sejenis mínimal 1 tahun (Fresh Graduated dipersilahkan melamar).
- Familiar menggunakan Ms.Office (Word dan Excel).
- Dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik dan profesional.
