Working Location : South Jakarta

**Responsibilities**:

- Reinforce Legal activity
- Supervise legal activity, contract management, etc.
- Write, manage, and review legal documents, contracts, agreements, permits, term sheet, and all of the documents related to legal review.
- Identify risk, regularly analyze the actions and decisions of the company in order to identify problem areas, suggest alternative courses of action and mitigate risk as much as possible.

**Requirements**:
