Analyze the company's compliance with applicable laws in all aspects
Review contracts, agreements, terms and conditions, and other legal documents used by the company
Formulate and update compliance and audit policies and procedures (e.g., AML policy, KYC policy)

Monitor the updating of client profiles and their transaction profiles
Identify and monitor of clients/users deemed to have high risk
Provide account opening approval based on screening of KYC documents to low-risk clients
Ensuring KYC and CDD procedures are carried out in accordance with applicable policies
Develop and implement company and client risk assessments and action plans
Perform regular and strict audits in accordance with the company policies and regulating bodies
Review the Suspicious Financial Transaction Findings Report with the Banking Division
