**Kualifikasi yang diperlukan**
- **Minimum Qualifications**:_
- Pengalaman kerja sebelumnya sebagai Maintenance Mekanik atau Listrik selama 2 tahun
- Ijazah Sekolah Menengah Keatas (SMK) dengan nilai akhir mínimal 80%
- Pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap sistem kelistrikan, hidrolik dan lainnya
- Pengetahuan mendalam tentang proses dan metode perawatan umum
- Pengetahuan yang berlaku tentang alat, peralatan umum dan perangkat_Preferred Qualifications: _
- Mempunyai sertifikasi ISO (International Standard Organization) [+]
- Sertifikasi tambahan yang relevan akan dianggap sebagai keuntungan (HVAC, CMRP dll.) [+]
- Mempunyai pengalaman di Pabrik mínimal 2 Tahun
- Mempunyai pengalaman di PLN mínimal 1 Tahun [+]

**Tanggung Jawab**

**Umum**:

- Survei bangunan dan perbaikan sistem mekanis untuk memastikan mereka bekerja dengan baik.
- Lakukan pemeliharaan sistem kelistrikan (ganti bohlam dan soket, dll)
- Bantu pemasangan ventilasi, dan sistem lainnya termasuk melakukan perbaikan.
- Bertindak sebagai maintenance perbaikan untuk perusahaan saat dibutuhkan.
- Pemeriksaan kualitas mesin/peralatan secara teratur untuk memastikan semuanya berjalan dengan baikAdministrasi:

- Memastikan Jadwal perawatan harian/bulanan/triwulan/tahunan berjalan dengan bagus
- Melakukan pengajuan komponen mesin apabila diperlukan
- Memastikan program pemeliharaan preventif mesin & fasilitas berjalan dengan lancar.
- Merencanakan dan mengimplementasikan jadwal maintenance.
- Pemeliharaan dan Perbaikan Dokumen untuk divisi Maintenance.
- Mendokumentasikan setiap sesi pemeliharaan dan perbaikan.
- Lakukan tugas-tugas administrasi komputer sesuai kebutuhanPerbaikan Mekanis:

- Memperbaiki peralatan/mesin dan sistem yang rusak/bermasalah.
- Memperbaiki unit peralatan yang rusak dan struktur yang rusak.
- Instal sistem permesinan.Perbaikan Listrik:

- Memastikan PLC dan Jalur Listrik perusahaan berjalan dengan lancar.
- Lakukan perawatan sistem kelistrikan.Pelatihan:

- Bertanggung jawab untuk membimbing karyawan baru dan mengajari mereka berbagai kebijakan, prosedur, dan teknik perbaikan.
- Bertanggung jawab untuk melatih seluruh karyawan produksi.
