Danfoss is looking for a Customer Service Specialist with passion for delivering a positive customer experience and a “Can Do” attitude. The incumbent must be a service-oriented person with excellent communication skills and interest in working across countries, teams with purpose of securing efficiency in our customer service teams and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. With strong connections and trust across teams, the incumbent is expected to understand the needs of our customer service team.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.
- Understand, Inbound calls from customers with various questions and inquiries about Danfoss’s products and services.
- Collaborating with other sales, transportation, fulfillment, and warehouse teams to ensure that we are delivering on our customer’s expectations.
- Order Processing, Delivery / Warehouse Coordination, Order Management and After Sales Process
- Establishing and maintaining a profitable relationship with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer account as assigned
- Conducting analysis of a customer’s forecast, trends in orders, and contract details to ensure we are staying ahead of their needs.
- Supporting fellow Customer Service team members, as needed, to ensure the team can achieve annual goals.

**Background & Skills**:

- Minimum 2+ Years Work Experience with 1+ years Call Center Experience Preferred
- Knowledgeable in Refrigeration and Air conditioning products
- Extreme attention to detail & Ability to Multitask
- Order Process Knowledge, Escalation Process Knowledge
- Professional Communication both Written & Verbal
- Relationship Building Skills with Customer Focus
- Ability to accept and grow from Constructive Feedback
- SAP Experience Preferred
- Microsoft Office Knowledge Basic Required
- Sales Force Experience Preferred - ability to learn
- Problem Solving Techniques and Implementation skills
