- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are recorded properly.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian and Canadian tax regulations, prepare and submit tax reports.
- Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and financial data.
- Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and cost-control strategies.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and company policies.
- Optimize accounting systems and recommend improvements for efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software Xero
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations
- Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English
