**About The Role**

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Control Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all aspects of our construction projects and workshop production meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough inspections, identifying and resolving quality issues, and implementing corrective actions. Your dedication to quality and commitment to excellence will contribute significantly to our success in delivering exceptional products and services to our clients. By maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction, you will help us uphold our reputation for excellence and build long-lasting relationships with our clients.

**Key Duties and Delights**
- Conduct regular inspections of workshop operations, materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and document quality issues, non-conformances, and defects, and work with production teams to develop corrective actions.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions to ensure effectiveness and prevent recurrence.
- Communicate effectively with production teams, suppliers, and quality assurance teams regarding quality requirements and expectations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, tests, and other quality-related activities.
- Provide training and guidance to production teams on quality control processes and procedures.
- Conduct a final inspection and checklist before delivery or handover to the client to ensure all quality standards have been met and all necessary documentation is complete.
- Implement a system to track and manage customer complaints related to quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
- Ensure that customer feedback is collected and analyzed to continuously improve our quality control processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Key Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
- Min 3 years experience in quality control, manufacturing, or a related field in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control principles.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and quality management systems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data and trends.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in handling customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.
