**Tujuan**:
Kami sedang mencari seorang freelancer untuk mengelola akun TikTok Arta Angsana dengan fokus pada pembuatan konten kreatif yang dapat menghasilkan leads (calon pembeli) dan mengarahkan mereka untuk mengunjungi Marketing Gallery serta melakukan pemesanan unit.

**Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab**:
1. Pembuatan Konten:

- Membuat dan memposting konten TikTok yang menarik serta relevan untuk target audiens kami (keluarga muda, pasangan baru, dan profesional).
- Menonjolkan keunggulan Arta Angsana, seperti gaya hidup ‘hygge,’ desain eksklusif, dan insentif seperti hadiah Vespa dan voucher gaya hidup.
- Menggunakan tren TikTok untuk meningkatkan jangkauan dan engagement.

2. Strategi Lead Generation:

- Mengusulkan strategi untuk memaksimalkan potensi TikTok dalam menghasilkan leads, termasuk tema konten, jadwal posting, dan penggunaan hashtag yang efektif.
- Menjalankan iklan TikTok dengan target konversi yang terukur.

3. Manajemen Insentif dan Promosi:

- Mempromosikan insentif untuk kunjungan ke marketing gallery, seperti penawaran khusus atau hadiah langsung.
- Membuat kampanye yang menonjolkan insentif untuk pemesanan unit, seperti hadiah Vespa dan keuntungan lainnya.

4. Analisis dan Pelaporan:

- Melacak dan menganalisis performa akun TikTok (views, engagement, klik, dan konversi).
- Memberikan laporan mingguan dengan wawasan dan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut.

**Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan**:

- Pengalaman dalam mengelola akun TikTok, termasuk strategi dan pembuatan konten.
- Kreatif dan memahami tren serta algoritma TikTok.
- Berpengalaman dalam menjalankan iklan TikTok dengan hasil yang terukur.
- Kemampuan analisis data untuk mengukur performa dan memberikan rekomendasi strategis.
- Keterampilan komunikasi yang baik, kreatif, dan kolaboratif.
- Menguasai software editing video dan tools media sosial.

**Kondisi Kerja**:

- Wajib bekerja di kantor pusat selama 5 hari dalam seminggu (Senin-Jumat).
- Akhir pekan dapat bekerja dari rumah.
- Periode kerja awal selama 1 bulan dengan potensi menjadi karyawan tetap berdasarkan performa.

**Insentif untuk Freelancer**:
Insentif tambahan berbasis performa akan diberikan untuk setiap hot lead (kontak calon pembeli potensial) dan kunjungan ke marketing gallery yang berhasil dihasilkan melalui aktivitas TikTok. Detail nominal insentif akan dibahas lebih lanjut selama proses seleksi.

**Deliverables Utama**:

- Kalender konten mingguan dengan jadwal posting dan strategi.
- Laporan performa mingguan yang mencakup analisis data dan rekomendasi.
- Proposal kampanye iklan dan inisiatif promosi.

**Kompensasi**:
Gaji tetap + insentif berbasis performa.
