**Kualifikasi**:

- Pengalaman kerja mínimal 5 - 8 tahun di bidang manajemen konstruksi, diutamakan di industri konstruksi infrastruktur dan material bambu.
- Memiliki pengetahuan mendalam tentang proses konstruksi, peraturan konstruksi, dan standar keselamatan.
- Kemampuan kepemimpinan yang kuat dan keterampilan komunikasi yang baik.
