**About The Role**:
Our department is seeking a talented Brand Campaign Strategist to support our business growth by enhancing the performance of our FMCG partners. In this role, you will be responsible for devising data-driven campaign strategies focused on product discounts and vouchers for our FMCG partners. Your role extends beyond planning, as you will also closely monitor, analyze, and evaluate campaign performance to deliver highly impactful campaigns. Collaboration with the CRM, sales, and key account teams will be integral to your success.
To be successful in this role, you need to have a passion for campaign management, and marketing, along with a solid grounding in data analysis. Your strategic thinking abilities will be essential in achieving our FMCG partners objectives while aligning with our company-wide goals pertaining to revenue, order volume, retention, basket size, and market share.
**What Will You Do**:
- Plan, monitor, and evaluate campaign strategies related to product discounts and vouchers for our FMCG partners
- Oversee our partners' target and budget allocation for the campaigns
- Lead weekly performance meetings with internal teams to discuss campaign progress and make necessary adjustments
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to develop effective brand strategies
- Gather and analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions
- Provide reports about campaign performance, in-depth analysis, and media performance to respective FMCG clients and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with the campaign marketing, campaign ops, CRM, and key account teams to ensure the smooth execution of the campaigns.
**Whom Are We Looking For**:
- Bachelors degree in any field, but preferably in **Marketing**, **Business**, or **Engineering**:
- At least **2 years** of experience in **brand strategy, campaign management, pricing management,** or **marketing roles**:
- Prior experience in **e-grocery, e-commerce,** or **FMCG is a plus**:
- Analytical skills to translate data into insights that are easy to understand
- Familiar with data visualization
- Demonstrate ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong data analysis skills, critical thinking, and creative thinking
- Excellent Excel skills (Tableau is a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English
- Honest, growth mindset, organized, and team player
