- Manage Business Development:

- Retail Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners. Collaborate on joint business plans, promotional activities, and in-store initiatives to drive sales and brand visibility. Negotiate favorable trading terms and secure optimal shelf space and placement.
- Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, understand consumer trends, and monitor competitor activities within the dermatological beauty market. Provide actionable insights to inform brand strategies and marketing plans.
- New Business Development: Identify and evaluate potential new business opportunities within the dermatological skincare market, including new retail channels, partnerships, or product categories. Develop proposals and business cases for expansion initiatives.
- Manage Trade Marketing:
- Trade Marketing Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement effective trade marketing strategies and programs that align with overall brand marketing objectives. This includes promotional campaigns, in-store activations, merchandising initiatives, and training programs for retail staff.
- Budget Management: Manage the allocated trade marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize ROI on marketing investments. Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaboration with Marketing & Sales Teams: Work closely with brand marketing teams to ensure alignment between trade marketing activities and overall brand messaging. Collaborate with sales teams to provide them with the necessary tools and support to achieve sales targets.
- Manage Retail Development & Visual Merchandising (RDVM):
- In-Store Excellence: Develop and implement compelling visual merchandising strategies for the Dermatological Beauty Division's brands within retail environments. Ensure consistent brand image and optimal product presentation across all points of sale.
- POSM Development & Deployment: Manage the development and deployment of effective point-of-sale materials (POSM), including displays, signage, and promotional materials. Oversee the production, distribution, and installation of POSM to ensure maximum impact and brand visibility.
- Planogram Development & Implementation: Collaborate with retail partners to develop and implement optimal planograms that maximize product visibility and drive sales within the dermatological skincare category. Analyze sales data and customer traffic flow to optimize product placement and shelf space allocation.

- Minimum 7-10 years of working experience as Trade Marketing Manager and exposure to merchandising
- Having solid e-commerce and offline accounts literacy and account management skills
- Fluent in English
