- Lead and coordinate the Product Development Process of product calendar to ensure the products delivered properly and timely, including ad hoc product development and enhancement approved by Management and/or the Product Steering Committee

**Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)**
- 3-5 years of experience in project management in the life insurance industry.
- Bachelor's degree from technical/science study is preferred.
- Knowledgeable of formal Project Management and Agile methodology is a plus.

**Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)**
- Take lead of the assigned product development process and put best effort to ensure the development meets the target timeline.
- Design and propose development timeline to align with the Company business plan.
- Initiate product development kick-off and closely monitoring the progress through a regular meeting and reporting within Product Actuarial Functions and all relevant Functions in the Company.
- Take lead and closely monitor of product documents' development and quality control with relevant Functions in the company. Product documents include, but not limited to policy contract, product information summary, IT system requirement, reinsurance related documents, and documents as required by the Corporate Guideline (e.g: regular reporting, product development stages documentation and approval)..
- Raise concerns for any potential problem. Pro-actively conduct ad-hoc discussions with relevant parties to get resolution, and have a strong analytical sense to escalate the case as soon as the problem was identified to be a show stopper.
