Create overall CRM strategy across all media channels to drive sales related to recurring users.

Optimize processes and initiatives through user data and feedback gathered from users, customer support and field teams.
Identify, develop and execute strategy to increase potential upselling opportunities and reduce dropoffs in user lifecycle by leveraging analytics.
Support and drive excellence in customer acquisition and success initiatives, including lead nurturing, customer onboarding/retention, upselling and Customer Service.
Review performance reports and campaign hindsights into recommendations for future CRM programs.
Conducts research on trends in CRM commercial field and identifies opportunities that can be capitalized to gain competitive advantage for consumer acquisition and retention.
Key Qualifications
**Educational Background**:
Bachelor's degree, preferably Marketing, Economics, Business, Engineering - other majors are welcome.
**Work experience desired**:
4+ years in CRM strategy & execution, preferably in high-growth companies and/or technology.
Proficient in written and spoken English, as well as Bahasa Indonesia.
**Mandatory skills & knowledge**:
Experience & proficiency with marketing and business intelligence tools (e.g. Braze, Insider, Netcore or equivalent).
Able to identify opportunities to enrich the experiences of the customer to generate customer loyalty.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to identify gaps and perform root cause analysis, as well as provide recommendations.
