Project Management System Specialist manages and leads large scale, highly complex business-critical IT projects or multiple medium scale complex projects under Individual Donation Program in Yayasan Konservasi Alam Nusantara (YKAN). S/he establishes project goals and success factors, develops project plans, and schedules with input and buy-in from key stakeholders and team members. S/he leads the project teams to successfully achieve those goals in the most cost-effective and time-saving manner possible. Throughout the project lifecycle, s/he monitors and measures project progress, conducts corrective action as necessary, communicates project status information to all stakeholders, perform risk management, and resolve issues and controls project scope and quality. S/he provides project management mentorship for project leads as requested.

**Tasks include**:
Identification on the business needs and requirements.

Translate design conversation to the business requirement documents.

Coordinating with CRM partner overall project manager on timeline, milestones, and project status.

Represent YKAN in key meetings with CRM partner.

Lead internal YKAN weekly check-ins on project.

Participate in weekly status calls with YKAN and CRM partner.

Track project risks and issues and work with YKAN and CRM partner to mitigate.

Work with CRM partner to design rollout and adoption plan and timeline. Manage, on behalf of YKAN, the CRM partner’s timeline and work products and coordinating those efforts with the other workstreams as needed. The CRM partner responsibilities are to:
Deliver business, functional, and technical requirements as previously communicated by YKAN and to close the gap when the functionality is not out of the box.

Perform data cleansing, migration, and testing.

Perform testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

Provide training and communication as to foster user adoption.

Reporting from the CRM.

Advise on training and documentation for functional rollouts.

**Time allocation**:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.

**6 years of experience in an IT environment, including**:
2 years providing strategy management;
3 years of IT portfolio management experience; and

5 years of IT project management experience and.

Experience using project management techniques and tools including office tools such as the Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Project.

Experience managing a project team and the schedule and financial aspects of large highly complex projects.

Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural cross-cultural experience appreciated.

Experience in database, with a focus on SQL Server

Experience in digital transformation initiatives/implementations.

Experience in leading effective teams.

Current PMP Certification strongly preferred.

Effectively communicates via presentations, conversations, and documents.

Demonstrated ability to manage highly complex, large-scaled projects or multiple medium scale projects in a large, decentralized organization.

Experience in a global organization.

Critical thinker with demonstrated problem-solving skills. Results driven.
