We are seeking a skilled Program Communications Officer to join our Communications & Marketing team, who will focus on creating and managing social media content for our various programs. The Program Communications Officer will work closely with the program team to understand their goals and objectives and to develop engaging content that resonates with their target audiences. In addition, this role will involve digital content creation, including newsletter and website updates, and opportunities to explore beyond content making to event planning and other marketing activations.

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work closely with the program team to understand their goals and objectives and develop content that aligns with their messaging and branding.
- Manage and create social media content, including copywriting and graphic design, for all programs across various social media platforms.
- Monitor and track social media metrics to optimise engagement and reach for the program.
- Develop and distribute program newsletters, working with the program team to source content and create engaging messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing to continuously improve content strategies.
- Support the Communications & Marketing team in executing on broader marketing and communications initiatives
- Explore and lead other marketing activations, such as influencer partnerships, sponsorships, and other campaigns

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Holds at least a bachelor's degree. Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferable. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proven experience creating and managing social media content for businesses or organizations.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram, and with content management tools including Canva, planner platforms, and social media listening platforms.
- Experience in developing and distributing newsletters and updating websites.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using social media metrics to measure success and optimize content strategies.
- Knowledge of best practices and emerging trends in social media and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Able to work from our Yogyakarta office (hybrid arrangement)
