Training Camp Mind Growth Program

Mindreach’s Mind Growth program aims to help provide young adults with the necessary skills training and work experience to thrive in today’s self-starter, creative, and technology focused world. The program will provide individuals a stepping stone and pathway for them to better strive in other future roles, whether within Mindreach or in other opportunities outside of Mindreach. At the same time, the Mind Growth program will also provide individuals with needed income to support their college careers or as they figure out their next step in life.
**Program Curriculum**:
- The training program consists of three main parts; training Photoshop (photo editing), Corporate Soft skill & Miscellaneous Computer training and paid internship (if chosen).
- All training will be conducted at Mindreach’s facility with all supporting computers, equipment, and materials provided by Mindreach.
- The entire program last for 30 training days + 3 months of paid internship (if chosen). Training will be conducted Monday - Friday: 08.00 - 17.00 WIB, while the paid internship (if chosen) will take place Monday - Friday : 08:00-17:00 WIB and Saturday : 08:00-12:00 WIB
**Requirements**:
- Over 18 years old
- Minimal SMA/SMK
- Is a growth mindset individual
- Have a passion for design and technology
- Program will be held at the Mindreach office in the city of Yogyakarta
- Willing to join this program for 30 days (1 month)
- Follow applicable health protocols
- **Covid-19 fully vaccinated.**
The goal of Mindreach’s Mind Growth program is to provide fresh graduate young adults certain benefits that will give them a competitive advantage as they start their new career path. The program mainly focuses on those that have ambitions in the creative and technology sector but will also benefit those looking for general soft skill and mindset training.
Learn how to work the right way with our soft skill training, which are in the areas of Growth Mindset, Creative Thinking, Communication, Professionalism, Motivation & Self Initiative, Honesty & Integrity, Time Management
- Create a strong foundation in your technical skills through our hard skill training, which is in the areas of Photoshop/Photo Editing and Google Suite Usage.
- Add to your resume and portfolio by earning Mindreach’s Mind Growth certification, which will give you a competitive advantage during future job seeking.
- For those selected, learn international quality standards using hands-on work experience, doing work for some of the top E-commerce companies from various countries around the world. These include companies in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, France, Australia, and Germany.
- For those selected, earn income that will help support you through the first phase of your young career life.
- Earning Mindreach’s Mind Growth certification, you will automatically be placed in our database for future consideration of various job positions.
- In an effort to help Indonesian communities build brighter futures for our youth, the Mind Growth program which includes up to certification is 100% cost-free for each individual.
**What will be provided to participants**
During the program, Mindreach will provide all necessary materials, equipment and resources that are needed to successfully complete the program:
- Training handbook
- Computer Access
- Health Protocol
- Access Card
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: Rp1,400,000 - Rp2,407,000 per month
