**Description**

Objectives:
This position will be responsible to lead all HR Management and General Affairs matters in Dispersions and Resins Indonesia. The incumbent will collaborate with both Commercial and Operation leaders as well as GB Services. As HRBP & GA Manager, the incumbent provide an advise and support them to translate business priorities and organization needs into People, HR initiatives as well as follow-up the GA issues in ED Indonesia.

Responsibilities:
HR Management
- Act as HR advisor to consult, share insights, coach and challenge Leadership Team on critical HR topics. Build and maintain a relationship as trusted strategic HR partner with key stakeholders in the business.
- Proactively identify organization needs and provide appropriate HR solutions to support the business strategy. Work closely with regional HR and country GB HR Indonesia teams to implement solutions from the global HR framework and, if applicable, develop customized HR solutions for the unit. Ensure implementation and review effectiveness.
- Provide advice on organization design, restructuring and cultural change. Steer HR project management and execute specific measures, support related communication.
- Facilitate talent development in the busines based on business and operational needs, including related discussions (e.g. succession planning, talent review/forum), support business’s unit’s talent management. Discuss with leaders to identify training needs and, if applicable, create customized solutions.
- Perform talent acquisition activities (man power planning, employee hiring, etc.)
- Involve in internal and external hiring for positions critical to the business.
- Facilitate management decision and approval for delegations/local hire, including development plan, cost implication and repatriation.
- Ensure high performing culture by supporting the BU’s leadership team on performance management discussion/calibration and annual salary review.
- Foster employee engagement/motivation by promoting recognition in the BU (based on regional framework or, if applicable, unit specific), monitor effectiveness.
- Perform effective HR analytics by analysing relevant parameters (e.g. Recruiting KPIs, demographics, attrition & D&I) and proactively identify issues, highlight implications and derive actions if needed. Provide data driven insights for business decisions.
- Contribute to the development of solutions by exchanging and bringing in business insights, including HRBP meeting discussions, Global initiatives and Country HR’s information sharing.

General Affairs
- Responsible to manage all site legal documents as well as overseeing site operation/facility permits e.g. building/land permits, gensets permits, etc.and follow-up with related party for the permit renewal/extension process.
- Maintain good communication and relationship with external parties e.g. surrounding community, government institution, etc.
- Proactively involve on CSR Activities by collaborating with Corporate Affairs dept.
- Collaborate with facility department on building maintenance as well as to ensure the existence of all equipment are presence and in a good condition.
- Support all site operations by providing all the work equipment needs (such as office supplies, etc.) as well as other supporting facilities such as overseeing canteen provider performance, and etc.

Requirement:

- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources / Legal / Business Administration or related majors
- Working Experience: min. 10 years relevant experience in HR, BP role experience is preferred and experienced on manage General Affairs matters in Site/Plant
- Technical & Professional competency: HR & GA competencies
- Others: good English communication (oral & written), inter personal skill, positive attitude in leading changes, agility in learning
