Managing the availability and seamless fulfillment of goods, facilities, infrastructure, and services to ensure timely delivery, while overseeing asset management, maintenance of facilities, and cleanliness with a focus on effective and efficient operations.
- Overseeing procurement of goods and services to ensure alignment with quality expectations and procurement standards, supporting the operational activities of the Head Office and site locations.
- Managing the maintenance and upkeep of assets and properties efficiently to support the operational needs of the Head Office and site locations.
- Ensuring effective coordination of procurement programs, including contract management and tenders for necessary goods.
- Developing departmental budget plans in line with the business strategy, directing and ensuring that the department's budget utilization aligns with the established plans and targets.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from any major
- 5-10 years of working experience as GA Manager, preferably from mining/oil & gas/utlities/ energy company
- Advance competencies in Office & Building Management, Transportation Management, Civil & Building Management, and Mechanical Electrical & Plumping (MEP)
- Strong leadership and communication skill
