Handling whole region responsibility such as target sell-out/value, sell-through, plan & strategic, human resource, branding, data analyze, sales program, stock management etc.
Responsible to direct communication with management regarding market, competitor, internal & external situation and give an advise or solution until get a positive result
Direct communication and negotiation to dealer/partner with positive result
