Position: Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta

Arrangement: Work from Office

**Responsibilities**:

- **Employee Performance Management**:Spearhead the development, implementation, and monitoring of performance management processes. Ensure our talented employees exceed their goals and objectives.
- **OKR Monitoring**:Collaborate with department managers to establish and track OKRs. Offer guidance to empower employees to reach their full potential.
- **ISO Certification Leadership**:Represent management and steer the ISO Certification journey.
- **Talent Pool Management**: Cultivate an enriched talent pool to sustain our growth.
- **Learning and Development Design**: Craft avenues for employee growth and development.
- **HR Administrative Duties**: Handle payroll, employee records, recruitment, and other adhoc tasks with precision.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Human Resources Business Partner.
