_Understands the overall market - competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them_
- _Knowledge of hospitality_
- _Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives_
- _Works collaboratively with off-property sales channels to ensure sales efforts are coordinated, complementary and not _duplication_._
- _Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc._
- _Develops relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities._
- _Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders._
- _Provides accurate, complete and effective turnover to Event Management._;

- _Strategic and creative mindset_
- _Has minimum 3 years experiences in similar position_
- _Strong communication skill_
- _Excellent in English both of written and verbal_
- _Excellent multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize task_
- _High motivated and flexible with positive spirit and attitude_
- _Able to join immediately_

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Semarang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- People Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Mandarin (preferred)
