**Job Summary**:

- Responsible in managing the financial aspects of our company. Responsible for handling financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and providing insights to support informed decision-making. Expertise in financial analysis and reporting will be essential in ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with accounting principles._

**Responsibilities**:
1. Financial Transactions:
Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in recording financial data.

2. Reconciliation:
Perform regular bank reconciliations and reconcile accounts to maintain accurate financial records.

3. Financial Reporting:
Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis. Provide accurate and timely financial reports to management for decision-making purposes.

4. Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts. Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis to explain discrepancies.

5. Financial Analysis:
Conduct financial analysis, interpret data, and identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights to help optimize business operations and financial performance.

6. Tax Compliance

: Support tax compliance efforts, including preparation of tax returns and ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations.

7. Audit Preparation:
Prepare necessary documentation and assist in audits conducted by external auditors, regulatory authorities, or internal audit teams.

8. Financial Planning:
Contribute to financial planning initiatives, including capital expenditure planning, cost analysis, and investment decisions.

9. Internal Controls:
Implement and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to accounting standards.

10. Vendor and Supplier Management:
Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, including processing payments and resolving any financial-related issues.

**Requirements**:
1. At least 5 years working experience as / in Finance and accounting

2. Willing to work in our office located in Bandung

3. Well verse in English will be added value

**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bandung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting & Financing: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
