Ops Finance Analyst

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**

**Operational & Reporting**:

- Closely working with Operations and Shared Service team to make sure product costing activity run smoothly.
- Month end closing.
- Costing and Transfer Price readiness.
- Forecasting process and reporting.
- Analyze and provide product cost/COGM variance report.
- Calculate selling price and perform variance analysis.
- Calculate productivity savings and impact to financial.
- Prepare waste report and analysis.
- Supervise team in daily activity.

**Compliance**:

- Make sure all activity is in compliance and align with procedure and regulation.
- Perform and submit internal control (SOx, Control Navigator, etc) OTIF.
- Support audit internal and external.

**Business Partner**:

- Business partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Corporate, Shared Service to support business requirement, solve issue, and ensure accountability of daily task.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 3 years in Product Costing, Operation Finance, or related field.
- Experienced in FMCG will be additional advantage.
- Strong understanding in product costing concept.
- Proficiency in ERP system. Preferable SAP.
- Fluent in English both written & verbal.
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and prioritizing.
- Good communication and able to collab across team.
- Able to work under pressure and reliable.
