**Job Overview**

You will be responsible for ensuring that a company or organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will run the daily functions of the Compliance Division which include monitoring compliance, investigating & resolving issues, reporting & documentation, collaborating with related departments, and providing training & education when necessary.

This position will report to the Compliance Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Working with the Compliance Team to develop and review company policies.
- Creating and managing effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of company confidential information.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Manager and HR team to monitor the enforcement of standards and regulations.
- Serving as a liaison between the company with the third party to interpret and address legal compliance issues.
- Provide a proper report to the management
- Supporting other activities in the field of the organization when necessary.

**Skill Required**
- Proven work experience as a Legal / Compliance Officer 2-3 years.
- Work experience in a service industry and IT-related industry is a plus.
- Upper Intermediate level English.
- Having an understanding of Civil Law, Business Law, Criminal Law, and contracts.
- Having an understanding of the Labor Law
- Familiarity with Google Suites (Google Doc, Google Spreadsheet, and Google Slide)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High-level attention to detail.
- Good analytical and negotiation skills
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- Able to work in a team.
- Comfortable working with an overseas client.
- Communicate in English on a daily basis.

**Good to have**
- K3 certification
- Familiar with the LKPM process
- Familiar with the ISO process
- Familiar with the decision-making process.
- Tech Savvy.
