Melakukan akuisisi kerjasama rujukan MCU dan Apotek dari dokter, klinik dan rumah sakit.

Rencana kunjungan outlet (klinik, rumah sakit, dokter penanggung jawab klinik/rumah sakit, manager klinik/rumah sakit).

Mempromosikan seluruh produk sesuai dengan skala prioritas dan sarana promosi secara optimal agar dapat mencapai target sales yang telah ditetapkan.

Mengkoordinasikan workshop/training di areanya.

Membuat rencana dan realisasi kunjungan harian ke outlet ( dokter,klinik, rumah sakit,dokter penanggung jawab klinik/rumah sakit, manager klinik/rumah sakit)

Melaksanakan kunjungan outlet sesuai dengan rencana yang sudah dibuat.

Melakukan promosi produk ke customer secara persuasif.

Presentasi ke Dokter dan survey ke Klinik/ Rumah Sakit.

Mengisi formulir bukti kunjungan serta membuat laporan mingguan.

Menjaga dan memelihara hubungan baik dengan outlet.

Menyelesaikan setiap permasalahan yang ada dengan outlet (keluhan mengenai layanan, dsb).

Mencari informasi pasar (competitor activities) secara optimal dalam rangka pengembangan demand layanan.

Memiliki data outlet yang lengkap, akurat dan up to date.

Membuat dan mengirimkan laporan dengan benar dan tepat waktu sesuai prosedur yang ditetapkan.

Membuat laporan harian, rencana dan realisasi kunjungan.

Melengkapi dokumen pendukung dari outlet dalam pengajuan rujukan lab partner.

Melaporkan dan memberi usulan secara rutin menyangkut hal-hal yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya kepada atasan.
Minimal lulusan D3 Marketing, Ilmu Komunikasi dan Farmasi

Memiliki pengalaman kerja mínimal 1-5 tahun di Healthcare/Pharmacy/Laboratory

Memiliki kemampuan dalam berkomunikasi dengan klien baik dalam hal negosiasi maupun presentasi

Dapat menggunakan Ms. Office dan CRM

Mampu berbahasa Indonesia dan English dengan baik
