**Job Descriptions**:

- Responsible for scheduling and executing infrastructure construction projects, ensuring compliance with established quality standards.
- Monitor infrastructure construction projects from start to finish and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure materials are used according to specified requirements and provide recommendations to planners in case of material discrepancies.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of inspectors in carrying out their duties.
- Prepare weekly reports on the progress of infrastructure construction project activities.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the construction field and 2 years of experience in supervision.
- Knowledge of infrastructure, particularly in construction.
- Computer literacy (Ms. Office).
- Willing to be placed in Balikpapan.
