**JOB DESCRIPTION HSE OFFICER**

DEPARTMENT: QUALITY

DIVISION: HSE

I. JABATAN/POSITION**:HSE Officer**

II. NAME OF SUPERVISOR / POSITION: Quality Manager

III. FUNCTION POSITION:

- Manage, be responsible for the management, implementation, operation, monitoring and review of the HSE management system, with the goal of achieving work activities without incident, harm to personnel or damage to property or the environment and also provide functional HSE support to all management, supervision and work personnel._

IV. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- 1. Implement and monitor the HSE management System, Plans and Safe Work Procedure._

2. _Promote the HSE System by personal example and leadership._

3. _Promote a strong awareness and personal responsibility for HSE to all personnel._

4. _Review co activities and ensure compliance with HSE Policy, Plans and Procedure._

5. _Ensure that contractor HSE activities comply with Company HSE Policies & Plans._

6. _Ensure that all hazards and risks associated with company and contractor works activities have been identified, assessed and actions implemented to eliminate or reduce these ALARP._

7. _Review the daily, weekly and monthly HSE site reports and statistics._
- 8. Compile and publish HSE statistics and communicate to all management and personnel._
- 9. Ensure that emergency preparedness and response plans are developed, documented,_
- implemented and tested._
- 10. Ensure that effective medical, first aid, occupational health facilities, resources, equipment and consumables are provided and maintained at all office and workshop._

11. _Implement and execute HSE training plan for company HSE and other personnel._
- 12. Ensure that company HSE performance requirement are included in all tender and/or contract documents._
- 13. Follow up accident investigations to ensure close-out or recommendations to prevent recurrence and ensure communication of results across company and contractor workforces._

14. _Prepare HSE documents for CSMS and tenders as well as for customer audits._

V. AUTHORITY:
1. _Reprimand employees who are not disciplined on HSE regulation._

2. _Enforcing the rules set out in HSE Company regulations._
- 3. Coordinate with the head of Departments in order to evaluate employees and improve employee HSE awareness and Work Safe Behavior/ Practices._

4. _Coordinate to HRD Department to give a punishment whose employees violating HSE policy & regulation._

**COMPENTENCY REQUIREMENT**

I. EDUCATION /PENDIDIKAN:
1. _Bachelor from University with experience_

2. _Diploma 3 Technical with experience_

II. EXPERIENCE / PENGALAMAN:
1. _Minimum 3 years’ experience in the HSE as HSE Officer._

III. SKILL / KEAHLIAN:
1. _Know government regulation of health safety and environment applied at work._

2. _Able to communicate to all levels in the PT. Parindo Jaya OWS._

3. _Able to give recommendation to management regarding improvement of HSE program in according to external or internal condition._

4. _Able to promote HSE Management System by personal example and Leadership._

5. _Able to operate Computer both internet and Microsoft office programs._

6. _Able to take care of company documents._

7. _Having a certificate of Internal Audit._

8. _Has a strong commitment to the Implementation of Quality Management System._
