Happy Trails Asia is an eco-tourism and passionate Destination Management Company (DMC). We operate tours to Indonesia, Bali, Malaysia, Borneo, Singapore & Brunei. And we have offices in Bali, Java, Sumatra, Kuala Lumpur, and Borneo.

We are in search of a resourceful and detail-oriented **Travel Consultant** with excellent customer service skills to join our rapidly growing and expanding company.

**Profile**
- Minimum 1 year experience in Inbound Tour Operator or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent command of spoken & written English.
- Good command of German/Dutch is a great competitive advantage.
- Familiarity with domestic travel destinations, reservations, and quotations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with the ability to work as part of a team.
- Based in Yogyakarta.

**What you’ll be doing**:
As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible to communicate with clients, handle all request, questions, and provide tourism-related services.
- Preparing (tailor-made) tour quotations based on requests.
- Responding to all client's inquiries and give the best options of travel services.
- Coordinate with related departments to execute bookings and payments.
- Ensure the smooth execution of travel arrangements and provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the customer.
