**About the Role**
The **Brand Executive** is a dynamic and results-driven professional role for driving the brand's growth through effective KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management, product launches, community engagement, and strategic partnerships. The role involves closely managing relationships with influencers, ensuring optimal product visibility, and executing impactful brand activations, both online and offline. This position plays a critical role in strengthening brand equity and ensuring the company’s market leadership in the mom and baby product segment.
**What You'll Be Doing**
**KOL Performance Management**
- Identify, engage, and onboard new KOLs, ensuring the selection of influencers who align with the brand’s values and target audience.
- Research and curate a list of potential influencers across various platforms, ensuring a balanced mix of macro and micro-influencers.
- Negotiating and managing influencer collaborations, ensuring long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Oversee KOL performance during key retail events such as Payday Sales and Double Date Sales, ensuring they meet pre-established KPIs.
- Regularly track the performance of KOLs through analytics and provide feedback to optimize content and maximize sales during these key periods.
- Manage and fulfill KOL requests and collaborations in regions outside of **Jabodetabek**, ensure smooth execution of KOL engagements in areas.
**Product Launch**
- Drive awareness for new product launches by collaborating with KOLs to generate excitement and anticipation prior to the launch.
- Coordinate with KOLs to generate high-quality content that highlights the product’s unique selling points (USPs) and resonates with the target audience.
- Ensure the new product is prominently visible both online and offline through strategic placement in POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials), planograms, and retail displays.
**Community**
- Actively manage and grow the brand’s community of loyal customers and followers, creating opportunities for deeper engagement.
- Foster meaningful relationships with customers by establish exciting community, ensuring they feel valued and connected to the brand.
- Identify and collaborate with Key Opinion Customers (KOCs) to generate User-Generated Content (UGC), helping to amplify brand messages and create authentic content that resonates with potential customers.
**Event and Partnership**
- Identify new opportunities for brand collaborations and strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility, drive cross-promotions, and tap into new audiences.
- Plan and execute event activations and brand experiences, such as pop-up shops, influencer meet-and-greets, and family-oriented events, designed to increase brand awareness and engage target consumers.
- Collaborate with external partners to create impactful experiences, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.
**What You'll Need**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of **2-4 years** of experience in **brand management**, **influencer marketing**, or related fields, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
- Experience in **mom and baby products**, lifestyle goods, or related industries is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in managing KOLs, executing successful influencer campaigns, and organizing brand events.
- In-depth understanding of **influencer marketing**, **community engagement**, and **digital marketing**.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to manage KOL contracts and partnerships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Fluent in **Bahasa Indonesia** and **English**.
