The team is responsible for providing professional services to address business objectives in the areas of risk prevention and fraud detection. To offer state-of-the-art software solutions and provide comprehensive client delivery and consulting support using our expertise and flexible, client-focused approach.

**The Role**

The role of Technical Analyst will be to contribute to the successful deployment of GBG products and consulting for high customer satisfaction with existing customers.

The role will involve end-to-end implementation of GBG fraud products in client environments, from understanding and building business knowledge of the existing GBG products to execute the delivery and installation of these products. A key part of the role will be ensuring our solutions are delivered to high standards of innovation, quality and excellence that delight our customers.

**What you will do**
- As a Technical Analyst at GBG, you will collaborate closely with our clients to deliver world-class fraud and risk solutions.
- You will provide technical product delivery support throughout various stages of the project, including design, documentation, installation, testing, training, deployment, and go-live support activities.
- You will be responsible for configuring GBG solutions to meet customer expectations and providing product training to clients as needed.
- Additionally, you will address customer queries, provide consultancy on system usage and fraud strategies, and liaise with different business and technical teams for issue follow up.
- Your expertise and experience will be instrumental in identifying and suggesting best practice improvements.
- You will also be responsible for resolving product delivery issues for customers in a timely manner and providing assistance to colleagues as needed to ensure the successful delivery of our solutions.

**What we're looking for**
- Experience in Software solution implementation in an Information Technology environment
- Familiar with software design and architecture, as well as databases, including performance tuning. Experience in database design would be an advantage.
- Familiar with Software solution onsite implementation and system integration experience
- Familiar with Software solution and network structure design experience and hardware knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Technologies and solutions including Windows Server and its components (for example, IIS), SQL Server and its components (for example, Service Broker),.NET framework, Web Applications and Services, Windows Applications and Services. Also, knowledge in software development, mainly using Microsoft technologies with open standards such as XML, JSON, Angular, CSS.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating system, networking, and communication
- Ability to analyse and interpret business scenarios and/or data, with the ability to identify business and functional requirements.
- Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of system implementation projects preferably within financial services industry and/or fraud risk management or compliance areas.
- The ability to effectively facilitate work sessions with technical project teams and business stakeholders.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa and English are essential.
- Flexibility with travel, both domestically and internationally.
