Senior Research Manager, Qualitative

The primary responsibility is to run accounts on a day-to-day basis and effectively contribute to the efficiency of the business unit. A Senior Manager contributes to the business success by managing a driven team to deliver great work. They are also responsible for crafting meaningful impact on our client’s businesses and as a key interface between the organisation and our clients.

Insights

Our insights colleagues are experts in human understanding. With expertise covering brand, innovation, creative, media, commerce and customer experience, they help clients define what brands should stand for, how to redefine and renew their offer, how to connect with audiences and how to win with consumers and customers.

Key Outcomes- Independently maintain client relationship (which will reflect in good client feedback score).- Lead projects - give direction to juniors with less supervision from seniors, make decision/ suggestion to run the projects, create report and presentation.- Ensure a good quality of research materials.- Develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of your clients and their business in all interactions with clients.- Lead daily communication with clients.- To coach juniors by regularly sharing knowledge and preparing them to be ready for the next level.- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing client business, revenue, and profitability

Key Capabilities- 6-7 years of proven experience in Market Research or Research Projects, with demonstrated competencies in qualitative studies- Good research knowledge - know & can decide the best methods, make research design, create insights, advance in data interpretation.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - write and deliver presentations that are engaging and insightful- Individual with great time management would be the ideal fit- People management capabilities - to empower, mentor, and be the role model and encouraged juniors
